Amanda M. Pierce lives in the golden hills of California. She grew up on the East Coast, where she spent all her free time with her feet in the water. Her love of fantasy started in the mudflats of Cape Cod, where the changing tide reveals strange wildlife and lost artifacts.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. For her Honors College thesis, she wrote a novella she hopes never again sees the light of day.
Pre-2020 you could find her traveling the world, developing her craft and compassion. During quarantine you can find her in the garden trying to identify strange insects, or cuddled up with her two rescue dogs and a good book.
